Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is hiring a Janitor/Maintenance Technician for our client in Beverly, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits, steady hours, and a clean, professional work environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: $24.00/hour

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Dispose of scrap metal and industrial waste
- Mix and monitor coolant and lubrication levels for machines
- Operate and maintain floor scrubbers, forklifts, and scissors lifts
- Assist with plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE
- 5+ years of janitorial or maintenance experience
- Familiar with HVAC, oil mist extractors, and shop machinery upkeep
- Comfortable using janitorial equipment (scrubbers, buffers, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
- Strong communication skills (English – verbal & written)
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (must be eligible for DOD Security Clearance).
