Accounting Clerk / Staff Accountant
Franklin, NH | Full-Time | $60,000/year (DOE)

Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Staff Accountant for a leading manufacturing client in Franklin, NH. Position Overview
In this role, you will support key accounting functions, including general ledger activities, fixed assets, and month-end close processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and capable of working independently while delivering accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with general ledger maintenance and month-end close activities

Track and manage fixed assets and lease accounting
-
Analyze financial statements and prepare reports
-
Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with GAAP

Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems

Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and analysis
-
Support financial reporting and assist with audits as needed
What We’re Looking For
-
1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
-
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Experience with accounting software and data entry
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, reporting, data connections)

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
