Job Description
Schedule: 25+ hours (Flexible PT/Full Time)
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00p/h
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support and administrative assistance
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Enter and process new orders and invoices
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Collect employee timesheets and assist with payroll coordination
- Support accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for company events
- Assist with logistics and communication across departments
- Participate in monthly company meetings and quarterly events
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Team-oriented with a proactive, customer-focused attitude
- Experience with payroll, A/P, A/R, and administrative processes preferred
- Comfortable in a factory setting and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
