Our valued partner in Peabody is on the lookout for a vibrant Warehouse Clerk to join their bustling and high-energy warehouse office. This is your ticket to becoming an integral part of a seasoned company, guaranteeing long-term job security.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

Flexible Shifts Available:
  • 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • 4:00 pm - 1:00 am

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Checking in drivers and signing off on bills of lading
  • Tracking customer orders in the company database
  • Providing top-notch customer service
  • Printing labels, scanning documents
  • Managing shipping processes and data entry
  • Assigning drivers to dock doors when necessary
  • Floor operations, including pick packing
  • Checking In Drivers 

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience in an office environment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced warehouse office environment
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and personnel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to cross-train
  • Team player mindset
