Job Description
Our valued partner in Peabody is on the lookout for a vibrant Warehouse Clerk to join their bustling and high-energy warehouse office. This is your ticket to becoming an integral part of a seasoned company, guaranteeing long-term job security.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
Flexible Shifts Available:
- 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- 4:00 pm - 1:00 am
Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Checking in drivers and signing off on bills of lading
- Tracking customer orders in the company database
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Printing labels, scanning documents
- Managing shipping processes and data entry
- Assigning drivers to dock doors when necessary
- Floor operations, including pick packing
- Checking In Drivers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience in an office environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced warehouse office environment
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and personnel
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to cross-train
- Team player mindset
