Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Assembler to join our manufacturing client's team in North Shore. The successful candidate will be responsible for various assembly tasks in a machine shop environment, contributing to the production of high-quality products.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize hand tools, including grinders and deburrers, for precision work.
- Perform assembly tasks involving mesh honeycomb components.
- Demonstrate familiarity and proficiency in working with sheet metal.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven experience in a similar assembler role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools is commonly found in a machine shop.
- Prior experience with assembly of mesh honeycomb structures.
- Familiarity and comfort working with sheet metal.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in a machine shop environment is a must.
