Job Description


Schulte Staffing is currently seeking Entry-Level Assemblers for a reputable client in Danvers. Our client is a prominent manufacturer specializing in custom heating elements, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join their team.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM (with occasional overtime)

Pay Rate: $16.50+ p/h

Job Duties:
  • Assembly of Heating Elements: Execute the assembly process for custom heating elements, ensuring precision and quality in the final product.
  • Tubing: Work on tubing components, following established procedures to contribute to the manufacturing process.
  • Weaving: Engage in weaving tasks as part of the assembly process, maintaining attention to detail and meeting production standards.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience required; entry-level position.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Availability for occasional overtime as needed.


Training is provided, must be dependable and able to pass a background check.
