Job Description
Schulte Staffing is currently seeking CNC Machine Operators II for a growing precision manufacturing company on the North Shore. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented candidates with CNC machining experience who are looking to join a stable company with long-term growth opportunities.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate:
$25-$30/hr DOE

• CNC Machine Operator II
Job Summary:
The CNC Machine Operators are responsible for the manufacture and inspection of high-precision products of varying complexity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, operating CNC machinery, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate various CNC machine tools according to company procedures and production standards
• Perform repetitive production machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect machined parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain computerized and/or manual production records
• Transmit and receive CNC programs
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
CNC Machine Operator II:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational school background helpful
• 5-10 years of manufacturing/CNC machining experience preferred
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a professional and cooperative team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shop floor regularly
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Visual acuity to inspect precision machined parts and read blueprints
