Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking CNC Machinists I & II for a full-time opportunity with one of our trusted clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacture and inspection of high-precision products of varying complexity under general supervision. Candidates must have the appropriate level of CNC machining experience required for the position, as outlined by the client. You’ll be accountable for both the quality and quantity of work performed.
This is a full-time, hourly position, operating Monday through Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM.
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience.

Essential Functions
- Adhere to shop Employee Expectations as trained
- Set up and operate various CNC machine tools in accordance with company policy, procedures, and time standards
- Transmit/receive CNC programs and maintain computerized and/or manual production records.
- Perform various repetitive production machining operations using the ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, and work instructions
- Inspect parts produced
- Transmit and receive CNC programs, maintain computerized and/or manual production records
- Read and interpret drawings, sketches and work instructions
- Perform other duties as required
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with colleagues in a professional and cooperative manner
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- General computer skills
- Visual acuity (corrected) to read documents, drawings, instructions and to inspect machined parts
- Stand, move about the shop floor, talk, hear, bend, squat, kneel, and reach with hands and arms
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Technical or vocational school background is helpful
- 1-10 Years in a Manufacturing environment
