Cable Assembler II – North Shore, MA
$21–$23/hour | 1st Shift
Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Cable Assembler II to join one of our clients on the North Shore. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity in a clean, professional manufacturing environment, ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in cable assembly, wiring, and soldering.

Position Overview
The Cable Assembler II is responsible for building and repairing cable assemblies in accordance with technical drawings, work instructions, and engineering specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with precision components.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble cable and wire harnesses based on prints, drawings, and work instructions

Measure and cut wire, cable, and insulation to required lengths

Perform wire termination and crimping (manual and machine-assisted)

Solder connectors, terminals, and plugs

Inspect finished products and repair rejected assemblies as needed
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of cable assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
-
Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately (inches and increments)

Ability to follow written instructions in English
