Job Description
Schulte Staffing is currently hiring Production Associates for our client in Gloucester. This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a food production environment.
Pay is $17.00/hr
M-F; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Core Responsibilities

Operate and assist with production line equipment used to make, fill, package, and seal sauce products

Measure and blend ingredients accurately according to recipe specifications

Perform manual packaging tasks including bottling, labeling, capping, and sealing finished products

Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene by regularly cleaning equipment, workstations, and production areas

Ensure products are properly date-marked, inspected, and prepared for shipping
-
Lift and move materials weighing 40–50 lbs as required

Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols

Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, including proper use of tools, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production deadlines

Assist with inventory counts, restocking packaging materials, and reporting low-stock items

Attention to detail and pride in producing a high-quality, consistent product

Ability to safely lift 40–50 lbs on a regular basis

Reliable transportation and availability for first shift (important in a small-scale manufacturing setting)

Strong communication skills and willingness to assist wherever needed
