Work Hours and Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour
- Handle customer emails and telephone calls efficiently in a high-energy office setting.
- Manage proper documentation flow to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Professionally represent our client to customers
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing Outlook emails.
