Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)
Franklin, NH | Full-Time | $60,000–$65,000/year

Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales professional for a leading manufacturing client in Franklin, NH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, ISO-certified aluminum extrusion company known for its strong reputation across New England and commitment to employee growth and stability.
Position Overview
In this role, you will support customers throughout the entire aluminum extrusion process—from initial quote to final delivery. You’ll serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates

Enter and manage orders within an MRP system (EPICS or similar)

Review technical drawings and product specifications

Collaborate with engineering, production, scheduling, and quality teams

Monitor job progress and communicate timelines and lead times

Manage order changes, expedite requests, and updates

Address customer concerns, including complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience with EPICS or similar MRP systems

Ability to read and understand technical drawings (manufacturing experience preferred)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
