Position Overview
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will build and test high-precision products in a professional manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products to specification
-
Perform precision fitting, aligning, and adjustments within tight tolerances
-
Cut, strip, solder, crimp, and terminate small-gauge wiring
-
Set up and test products using manual and automated methods
-
Ensure all products meet quality and customer requirements
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
-
Support process improvements and assist with documentation
-
Train and guide team members as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
-
1–3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
-
Experience with precision assembly environments preferred
-
Technical/vocational training in electronics is a plus
-
IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 certification is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
-
Professional manufacturing/lab setting
-
Use of hand tools, microscopes, and electrical test equipment
-
Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday

Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
-
Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity required for precision work
