Extrusion Press Operator - 3rd Shift
Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Press Brake Operator (Extrusion) for a growing manufacturing company in Franklin, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship.
Full-Time, Temp to Perm
$19.00/hr
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
3rd Shift Differential: +15%
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to produce precision metal parts
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation and product quality
- Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications
- Inspect finished products to verify compliance with blueprint requirements and quality standards
- Perform equipment setup and changeovers as required
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment, machinery, and overhead cranes
- Meet or exceed daily production goals established by management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, and safety procedures
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- At least one year of related experience and/or training preferred
- Experience working with steel, aluminum, and/or stainless steel is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate
- Basic math skills required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent standing, sitting, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise
- Ability to work safely around forklifts, overhead cranes, and other manufacturing equipment
