Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates with relevant experience for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in Beverly, MA. This position offers a competitive pay range of $21–$23 per hour, along with an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, vacation, and paid holidays. The Mechanical Assembler I is responsible for assembling high-precision products of varying complexity under the guidance of a more experienced employee. This role also ensures the quality and quantity of work performed meet established standards.

Assemble a variety of subassemblies, standard and unique products using established procedures under direction

Perform accurate fitting, aligning, and adjusting to very close tolerances subject to strict inspection

Set up and test complete products to ensure units meet specifications and customer requirements

Perform additional duties as assigned
