This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to work on high-precision components supporting critical applications. Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Pay: $20 – $30/hour (DOE)
Experience: Entry Level – 3 Years
Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aluminum dip brazing processes including cleaning, tacking, shim assembly, pre-heating, and dipping
- Monitor and maintain salt pot systems to ensure proper operation
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Follow established workflows, processes, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with additional shop duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use proper PPE
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with brazing or similar processes is a plus
