At Schulte Staffing, we value precision, innovation, and teamwork. As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality precision parts, contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various CNC Machines, including Wire EDM.
- Interpret blueprints for precise work execution.
- Conduct final QC on machined parts using Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
- Maintain both manual and computerized production records.
- Report any equipment maintenance needs to your supervisor.
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Milling and Lathe operations.
- Familiarity with setting up reference points.
- Previous experience using Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
- EDM experience is a significant advantage, we're open to training candidates with a solid CNC Machinist background.
- Willingness to cross-train for broader skill development.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings, sketches, and work instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
