Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is hiring a Temporary Maintenance Technician for a 77-unit residential property in Gloucester, MA. This is a minimum 6–8 month assignment with potential to be extended or become permanent.

Join a 2-person maintenance team supporting a well-managed and stable property. This is an excellent opportunity for someone reliable, hands-on, and looking for consistent work with a flexible schedule. Job Responsibilities:
- General apartment and building maintenance
- Light plumbing (e.g., unclogging toilets, fixing leaks)
- Troubleshooting appliances (stove, fridge, etc.)
- Common household tasks (changing lightbulbs, minor repairs)
- Basic handiwork and preventative maintenance
- On-call duty every other weekend (rotating with teammate)
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- General maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Must have own transportation to Gloucester
- Comfortable with basic tools and repairs
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Must be physically able to perform maintenance tasks
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- Start Time: Flexible - between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
- Hours: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
- On-Call: Required every other weekend
- $20–$27/hour, depending on qualifications and experience
