Job Description
Candidate must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
HOURS AND PAY RATE: Monday – Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
$22.00 p/h - Reassessed after 90-day probationary period
Maintenance Qualifications/Skills & Experience:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Moderate to heavy lifting/moving required
- Mechanically Inclined
- Familiarity with Fleet Service preferred but not necessary
- Reliable transportation
- Fluent in English; written and oral
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Experience using hand and power tools
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Maintains a clean work environment.
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
- Perform facility upkeep including landscaping and grounds keeping
- Perform minor fixes and assemblies
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
Education and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Class I Sit down electric & Class II Stand up narrow isle Forklift Certification preferred (On-site training available)
- Valid State Driver’s License
