We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on problem-solving, cross-department collaboration, and improving production processes. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality and precision are everything.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am start time
Compensation: $70,000k - $80,000
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting our Production team. You'll help drive quality, efficiency, and manufacturability through smart process design and hands-on support. This position works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure smooth production flow and continuous improvement.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting our Production team. You'll help drive quality, efficiency, and manufacturability through smart process design and hands-on support. This position works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure smooth production flow and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Review product designs for manufacturability, including tolerances, quality, and cost considerations
- Define manufacturing processes for components and assemblies
- Determine fixture and gage requirements; design or source tools as needed
- Create process routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system
- Review Engineering Change Orders and update documentation accordingly
- Collaborate with engineers, QC, supervisors, and operators to boost productivity and quality
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality issues
- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role—ideally in a high-precision environment
- Strong understanding of process design, tooling, and quality control
- Experience working with ERP systems for routing and BOM creation
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
