Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates with relevant experience for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in Beverly, MA. This position offers a competitive pay range of $21–$23 per hour, along with an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, vacation, and paid holidays. Summary/Objective
The Mechanical Assembler II is responsible for assembling and testing high-precision products of varying complexity under minimal supervision. This role also ensures the quality and quantity of work performed meet established standards.
Essential Functions

Assemble a variety of subassemblies, standard and special products using established procedures

Perform accurate fitting, aligning, and adjustments to very close tolerances subject to strict inspection

Set up and test complete products to ensure units meet specifications and customer requirements

Perform additional duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct reports.
Work Environment
This role operates in a dedicated laboratory within a professional manufacturing environment. Employees regularly use electrical test equipment, standard hand tools, and office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED

3+ years of experience in an assembly environment
