Job Description

Schulte Staffing Solutions is actively seeking reliable Mold Operator for our client in Beverly, MA. If you're comfortable working with machinery and handling heated components safely, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a hands-on manufacturing role.

Monday - Friday 
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 
$18.00/hr

Job Summary

As a Mold Operator, you will be responsible for loading components into mold machines, operating the equipment, and safely removing completed parts from the molds.

Essential Functions
  • Load components into mold machine
  • Operate machine using a series of switch buttons
  • Remove finished components from the mold
  • Follow safety procedures and wear protective gloves when handling hot parts

Required Skills/Qualifications
  • Comfortable working with heated components while wearing safety gloves
  • Able to operate machinery or power tools safely and efficiently
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
