Job Description
Work Hours and Pay:
- Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (may require additional availability for overtime)
- Compensation: $25.00 p/h
- Supervise and direct the work of evening Customer Service Specialists.
- Monitor task completion to ensure nightly goals and customer service standards are met.
- Act as a player-coach, directly addressing escalated customer concerns while supporting the team.
- Motivate and develop the team to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
- Identify and implement new systems or processes to enhance productivity and service quality.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional understanding of customer service best practices and issue resolution.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to excel in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Background check required.
