Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Packer for a manufacturing company in Franklin, NH. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team environment and is looking for long-term stability.
Pay: $19.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
About the Role:
The Packer is responsible for moving, inspecting, and packaging aluminum extrusions according to customer specifications. This role plays an important part in ensuring product quality and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Move and pack aluminum extrusions per customer specifications
- Visually inspect materials for defects
- Enter packed piece counts into the Epics system
- Move materials using overhead cranes and/or forklifts
- Stencil aluminum extrusions manually or with machines as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Some computer experience preferred
- Strong attendance and reliable work history
- Ability to communicate effectively with a positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to safety and good housekeeping practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
