Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Packers for a growing manufacturing company in the beautiful New Hampshire Lakes Region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented company that manufactures high-quality aluminum products made in the USA.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour + 10% Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (Direct Hire opportunities available for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Pack aluminum extrusions according to customer specifications
- Visually inspect products for quality and defects
- Enter packed piece counts into the EPICS system
- Move aluminum extrusions using overhead cranes and/or forklifts
- Stencil aluminum extrusions manually or with equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Reliable attendance and a stable work history
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
