Job Description


Schulte Staffing is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Welder for our client, a well-established precision sheet metal fabrication shop located in Georgetown, MA.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a motivated and skilled welder who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
$27.00 - $32.00/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform TIG and MIG welding on precision sheet metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers) to ensure accuracy
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
