- Pack finished products into boxes or pallets
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Label and seal packages accurately
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments
- Operate packaging machinery as needed
- Maintain accurate records of packed items and quantities
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Good work history is strongly desired
- Basic English Skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lbs
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to cross-train
- RF scanner experience is a plus but not required
- Great attention to detail
