Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am start time
Compensation: $85,000k - $115,000k
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in shaping our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, enhancing product quality, and contributing to our overall success in the manufacture of high precision products. Their knowledge and problem-solving skills are instrumental to optimizing our production and ensuring that we meet our production targets. This role interacts with employees from all departments to ensure the highest possible quality, maximize schedule attainment, and improve product flow.

This role interacts with employees from all departments to ensure the highest possible quality, maximize schedule attainment, and improve product flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Review product designs for manufacturability, including tolerances, quality, and cost considerations
- Define manufacturing processes for components and assemblies
- Determine fixture and gage requirements; design or source tools as needed
- Create process routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system
- Review Engineering Change Orders and update documentation accordingly
- Collaborate with engineers, QC, supervisors, and operators to boost productivity and quality
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality issues
- Experience with CNC machining, knowledge of work holding and machining principles.
- Working knowledge of general machine shop and measuring practices.
- CAD / solid modeling experience and familiarity with drawing / design / dimensioning standards.
- ERP / MRP software experience.
- Good general computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work creatively and responsibly with minimal supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
