Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector for a growing precision manufacturing company in Franklin, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys ensuring products meet the highest standards while supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (Direct Hire opportunity for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform first article inspections, dock audits, and production process audits.
- Conduct visual inspections and verify products meet customer specifications.
- Use precision inspection and measuring tools accurately.
- Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation.
- Inspect and process returned materials, including reporting and data entry.
- Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Train production employees on inspection procedures when needed.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication and machining blueprints, including basic GD&T.
- Experience using inspection equipment and precision measuring instruments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and manufacturing databases.
- Strong math, reading, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shift.
- Frequently use hand tools, inspection equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
- $20.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience
