Job Description
Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced International Shipping Coordinator for a leading manufacturing company in Beverly, MA. Our client designs and manufactures circular and rectangular electronic connectors for low, medium, and high-power applications, as well as lightweight composite cable and pipe management solutions used in military and aerospace systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented logistics professional with international shipping experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
$22.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule freight pickups with established domestic and international carriers
- Prepare and print internal and external shipping labels in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
- Scan, organize, and maintain shipping documentation, including Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) and packing slips
- File AES documentation and prepare commercial invoices for international shipments
- Process and ship domestic and international orders accurately and on schedule
- Utilize customer-specific shipping portals as required
- Ensure compliance with all applicable shipping regulations, export requirements, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Work closely with production, quality, and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Minimum of 3 years of international shipping experience
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, export compliance requirements, and international shipping procedures
- Experience preparing shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and export filings
- Familiarity with carrier scheduling and freight coordination
- Ability to understand and follow departmental and company policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to perform medium-duty physical work
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine warehouse and shipping activities throughout the workday
