Job Description
Our client in the Peabody area is rapidly growing and seeking a reliable, energetic QC Lead to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company offering long-term job stability and growth potential.
Pay: $22–$24/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a small QC team (4–5 people)

Ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards

Maintain detailed records and documentation

Collaborate with warehouse and operations staff to resolve issues
Requirements:

Previous warehouse or QC experience

Strong attention to detail

Effective verbal communication skills
-
Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere strictly to processes

Comfortable with submitting to a background check

Proficient with computers and standard software tools
