<u><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></u>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Responsible for ensuring that products shipped meet all product specifications. This includes inspecting incoming materials, manufactured parts, purchased parts and outside service parts. &nbsp;
&#9;<li>Performs first article inspections and completes all associated documentation.
&#9;<li>Must have a complete understanding of inspection tools and how to use them.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Participates in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
&#9;<li>Participate in MRB process, determining dispositions of nonconforming materials or products.
&#9;<li>Participate in NCMR and RMA processes and tracking progress on all items.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Manage CAR-NCR log, keeping it accurate and up to date.
&#9;<li>Manage and schedule equipment calibration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Responsibilities include maintaining calibration records, coordinating with external vendors, managing work orders, and preparing for audits.
&#9;<li>Must be knowledgeable in ISO Standards and objectives to maintain and reinforce as needed.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Responsible for maintaining and recording accurate quality documentation.
&#9;<li>Must be able to work extended hours when required.
&#9;<li>Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with procedures, rules, and
&#9;<li>regulations.
&#9;<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
&#9;<li>Performs all other duties as assigned.

<u><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></u>

&#9;<li>Minimum three years of quality and or manufacturing experience.

&#9;<li>Task requires comprehension of high school math, reading, and writing skills.

<br><strong>Working Hours: Monday -Friday</strong><br> 

<br><strong>7:00AM - 3:30PM some flexibility with start times</strong><br> 

<br><strong>Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 p/h</strong><br> 

<br><strong>Soldering Technicians:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li><strong>Build standard cables from start to finish with minimal supervision using Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI).</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Assemble parts for various industries.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Operate machines to manufacture company products.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Inspect products for defects.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Measure wire and cut cables.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Crimp wire terminals manually and with machines.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Solder terminals and plugs.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Perform rework when necessary.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Inform proper personnel of any required equipment maintenance.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Perform housekeeping duties as needed.</strong></li>
</ul>

<br><strong>Cable Assemblers II:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li><strong>Build cable assemblies from blueprints with minimal supervision.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Interpret drawings and manufacturer work instructions.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Measure and cut wires.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Crimp wire terminals manually and with machines.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Solder terminals and plugs.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Repair any defective products.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Perform soldering, crimping, and stripping tasks.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and related documentation.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Conduct rework as needed.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Fill out all required paperwork.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Train other team members and provide assistance as needed.</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Collaborate with Engineering (ENG) to update Bills of Materials (BOM).</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Understand the manufacturing process.</strong></li>
</ul>

<br><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li><strong>IPC 610 is a plus but not required</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Experience reading blueprints</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Experience with CAD is a plus</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Experience with G4 assembly is a plus</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Must have basic math skills and great attention to detail</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Must be able to read, write, and speak English</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Willingness to cross-train</strong></li>
&#9;<li><strong>Must be a team player</strong></li>
